Dr. Amrit Subhadarsi

Dr. Amrit Subhadarsi is an Assistant Professor-III in corporate law in the Department of School of Law and Justice at Adamas University. He has received his Ph.D. Degree in competition laws from School of Law, KIIT Deemed to be University in 2024. He is having 8 years of experience in the field of teaching and academia. His area of expertise includes: competition laws and mergers and acquisitions. He is the author of many research works and recipient of best paper awards in different conferences. He has been invited as resource person by organizations such as universities, law firms, research think tanks and legal education companies.
